Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully disassemble the wardrobe components and place them back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier to collect the items directly from your home at a scheduled time.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
